The Startup Journey

Team Formation (Months 1-2)

During initial training, complementary teams are formed based on skills, interests, and entrepreneurial potential. Teams work together on training projects.

Enterprise Training (Months 3-4)

Teams undergo intensive enterprise-based training focusing on business planning, market research, financial management, and operational strategies.

Project Development (Months 5-6)

Teams develop their business ideas into viable projects with mentorship support. They create business plans, MVPs, and initial prototypes.

Incubation Phase (Months 7-9)

Selected teams enter our incubation program with dedicated workspace, mentorship, and access to resources to refine their business models.

Startup Launch (Month 10+)

Teams officially launch their startups with our support. They receive initial funding guidance, marketing support, and access to our network.
